Fresh ‘n Fit: “Heat and Eat” Ready-made Gourmet Meals

Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine offers the convenience, affordability, and flexibility of being able to consume a healthy diet. With “heat and eat” ready-made meals, Fresh n’ Fit President, Elton Collins loves being able to help his customers lead a healthy lifestyle. Through local distributors, meals are crafted from the freshest ingredients. Collins and his team believe this is what really sets Fresh ‘n Fit apart from their competitors. He notes the “tremendous response” to the Paleo diet: “I think people like it so much because of the fact that it’s completely organic and we use cage-free, antibiotic-free, grass-fed chickens from Springer Mountain, Georgia.” With updates to the menu four times a year, fruits and vegetables are always fully seasoned. Fresh ‘n Fit also serves as Atlanta’s only USDA inspected kitchen, guaranteeing the highest level of food safety.

Julia Lott, Fresh ‘n Fit’s Registered Dietician, is consistently on-site to ensure that each meal plan is nutritionally balanced and proportioned. Working with their five gourmet chefs is her favorite part of the business. “We all get along really well and I enjoy being able to let them be creative with the meals, while I make sure that they’re still healthy.”

DSC_0141Customers can choose a plan from five different menus – gluten free, healthy mix, low-carb, Paleo, and vegetarian – or create their own menu with more than 300 options. To further customize menus, customers can select 1200 or 1800 calorie portions; 1 to 3 meals per day; and 3, 5 or 7 day plans. With a variety of choices to fit anyone’s needs, meal plans can be specially designed without additional preservatives or trans fat and with low amounts of glycemic, sodium, and cholesterol.

Social Media Manager, Roger Spence, spends a great amount of time launching Fresh ‘n Fit’s platform of health and wellness goals. Customers can stay updated with the latest news, menus, and testimonials by following Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and their website blog. The customer service team is also on standby Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, ready to offer personal advice for those ready to indulge in their own ready-made meal plans.

Fresh ‘n Fit currently has 110 pickup locations across the metro Atlanta area and ships meals to six different states. They partner with local nutrition stores, fitness facilities, and corporate wellness communities to employ and encourage a lifestyle of healthy eating.
