By the time you see this blog it will be two months since we started our challenge! We met up with the whole group last week for a pilates class — oh my gosh I had no idea how hard it was going to be!! We all got a workout and got to see each other and spend a little time together. Everyone looks amazing! Healthy, happy and thinner!
I’m still going strong — I guess that’s what a challenge will do for you!
I would like to say for anyone out there if you decide to start your own healthy lifestyle please remember to be patient. I was talking to a girlfriend the other day and she was so disappointed in herself and started blaming her lack of progress on being a woman of a particular age (in her 50s). I don’t believe that, I think you need to keep on track. You need to remember you didn’t get overweight and out of shape overnight so be patient with yourself and don’t give up.
