Meet Dr. Bede Cha, DO, the board-certified Family Medicine physician who runs Agape Family Medicine. Born in South Korea and raised in the United States, Dr. Cha blends medical experience and personal passion to ensure that his patients are properly treated in both a holistic and efficient fashion. Dr. Cha earned his bachelor’s degree at Johns Hopkins University, attended medical school at Suwanee’s Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and performed his residency at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital Family Medicine in Pennsylvania before returning to Suwanee — the city he attributes to feeling most like home. His dedication to bettering people’s lives has evolved from a fascination into his true calling. The term “agape” translates to “familial love” in Greek, and that perfectly encapsulates Dr. Cha’s focus as the frontman of this new practice.
Dr. Cha utilizes his respect for spiritual wellness, background in martial arts, and love for his family as inspiration to help Agape Family Medicine reach new heights.
