Watching the Gwinnett Stripers play at Coolray Field is the perfect recreational activity. There’s no better place to see future MLB players up close for a reasonable price; you may even catch a current major leaguer that’s on a rehab assignment! Whether you’re a die-hard baseball fan or someone that’s just starting to take interest, there’s something for everyone. The park itself is top-notch, and with deals like Thirsty Thursdays and weekend give-away events for bobble heads and shirts, a memorable experience is inevitable! Coolray Field has a variety of food and drinks (but sticking with the traditional hot dog and peanuts is a no-brainer.) It’s a great place to take the family, spend time with friends, or — like me — catch an occasional game solo on the way home from work. I’ve been a fan and going to games since I moved to Gwinnett over 10 years ago, so I can attest that Gwinnett Stripers games are a prime example of America’s Pastime.
