Fall is almost here, and with it comes the return of festival season! From our nearly famous Suwanee Fest to Taste of Atlanta to the Pumpkin Festival at Stone Mountain Park, there is a unique and fun event to choose from each and every weekend. However, there is one festival in particular that is a must for your 2016 fall festival lineup… Saturday, November 5th, 2016 marks the return of the 4th annual Suwanee Wine Festival!
In three years, this wine festival has quickly become one of the premier wine events in the state of Georgia and is truly a wine lovers dream. With unlimited sampling of 150 wines from around the globe, carefully hand-selected by the wine specialists at Suwanee Beverage Superstore, it is not challenging to see why.
Presented by Atlanta Classic Cars and organized by the team behind the award-winning Suwanee Beer Fest (Gwinnett Daily Post Reader’s Choice Best Festival in Gwinnett three years running) and Gwinnett Beer Fest, this festival continues to be a “must-not miss” event for wine experts and novices alike. Several Georgia wineries will be in attendance and each wine region of the world will be represented, giving festival attendees the opportunity to taste wines from around the globe in a single afternoon!
As festival attendees sip and stroll their way through Suwanee Town Center Park with their unlimited samples, they can also listen to live music from local bands, 
browse the products for sale from vendors and artists, taste delicious food from some of the area’s most popular restaurants in the Food Court, participate in backyard games such as corn-hole, and more! There is even an opportunity for the beer lovers in the crowd to make their way over to the Beer Garden to try some delicious local brews from Sweetwater Brewery, and catch a game of football on TV! The General Admission experience starts at $55 per person for unlimited samples of beer and wine in the park from 1:00 – 4:30pm.
The VIP experience begins with early admission to the park at noon where they can enjoy everything in General Admission, plus access to a private dining and tasting tent. VIP tickets are extremely limited and include: higher-end exclusive wines, a delicious gourmet food spread matched to compliment the wine, and a VIP goody bag that includes the official 2016 Suwanee Wine Fest shirt.
The event organizers are committed to continuing to create the best wine tasting 
experience while giving back to the local community. A portion of the proceeds will directly benefit Annnandale Village: a Suwanee organization that provides care and life assistance to adults with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries and enables them to maintain their independence in the least-restrictive environment possible. Atlanta Classic Cars is also proud to announce that they will be hosting a silent auction showcasing student art from 21 schools for the duration of the festival. Proceeds will be donated back into the arts programs at local schools.
