StillFire Brewing recently earned two incredible People’s Choice Award wins that highlight the brewery’s dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and community. These new accolades underscore the Suwanee brewery’s ongoing mission to create standout beers that resonate with craft beer lovers across the state of Georgia.

On December 7th, StillFire Brewing’s Suwanee Claus Imperial Doppelbock took home First Place People’s Choice at Wrecking Bar Brewpub’s 2024 Strong Beer Fest. Competing against 73 outstanding Georgia Brewery entries, this robust and flavorful beer emerged as the crowd favorite, earning the admiration of festival attendees and industry peers alike. In fact, this award marked the beer’s sixth medal to date. Other awards include:

  • 2024 Silver – Brussels Beer Challenge
  • 2024 Best Beer in Georgia – Suwanee Beer Fest
  • 2024 3rd Place Classic Style – Atlanta Cask Ale Tasting
  • 2023 Best Strong Beer in Georgia Strong Beer Fest

“Winning at the Strong Beer Fest with our Suwanee Claus Imperial Doppelbock is truly humbling,” said StillFire Brewmaster, Phil Farrell. “We’re grateful to everyone who voted and supported us. These awards inspire us to keep pushing the boundaries of craft brewing while staying true to our roots.”

The excitement didn’t end there. On December 10, 2024, StillFire Brewing was honored with the GRACE Award for People’s Choice Favorite Georgia Born and Raised Beverage Company, presented by the Georgia Restaurant Association. This prestigious award was presented at the GRACE Awards Gala held at the Georgia Aquarium, recognizing StillFire’s contribution to Georgia’s vibrant craft beverage scene. Fellow finalists SweetWater Brewing Company and ASW Distillery were also celebrated for their outstanding work, making this win even more special.

“We are beyond honored to receive this recognition from the Georgia Restaurant Association,” said Aaron Bisges, General Manager at StillFire Brewing. “Being named the Favorite Georgia Born and Raised Beverage Company is a testament to the passion and support of our incredible team and community, and we’re thrilled to share this achievement with them.”

These dual People’s Choice wins mark a significant milestone for StillFire Brewing as the company recently celebrated five years of crafting exceptional beers for the Georgia community.
