If this year’s Cutest Pup Contest has taught us one thing, it’s that Suwanee residents LOVE their furry friends. With 82 total submissions and over 1,700 votes, the enthusiasm and support that local readers showed the nominees was overwhelming. All of the pups are adorable, spirited, and have really dedicated fans! After receiving an influx of votes and coming to a nail-biting conclusion, we’re happy to announce this year’s champion is none other than sweet Maltipoo, Louis V! Thank you to all who particpated and congratulations to Louis V!
First Place: Louis V
Louis V (short for Louis Vuitton) is a cheerful, calm, and free-spirited Maltipoo that became an integral member of the Son family this past October. At only 8 months old, Louis’s social nature is undeniable, and he brings joy to everyone he meets — humans and dogs alike. The Sons (Daniel, Soo, and their kids Nathaniel, Alexander, and Christopher) all care for the pup; however, it’s evident that Louis and his mom, Soo, have the strongest bond. Louis goes everywhere with his family, and has even become Christopher’s soccer team’s unofficial mascot! He loves retrieving balls, going on walks, and snuggling up on his family’s laps at the end of a long day. If you ever see him on the Suwanee Greenway, be sure to say hello!
