The Interact Club at North Gwinnett High School recently established a “Little Free Library” as a service project to help promote literacy and the love of reading amongst children. Little Free Library is a “take a book, return a book” gathering place where the community is encouraged to share their favorite literature and stories. The Interact Club placed a Little Free Library box at 120 Memorial Street in Lawrenceville so all 200 children in the surrounding 40 apartments can take advantage of the free reading material.
