Today I started my challenge and first day in the gym [Stage 3 Fitness] which was so hard my body was in shock!  The second day was lower body but I decided to do spin instead thinking it would be easier I was so wrong!  I was warming up after 30 seconds and I thought, “how am I going to do this for 50 minutes?” Quitting was not an option so as I continued to move my legs and it somehow got better. I just stopped thinking about it and got into the music and prayed for the last ride song to be over! The next day I was so sore from those two days — which I was expecting. I continued with the gym the rest of the week. I got in 4 days! 

The second week was so much better. I do believe in muscle memory. However I did lower body and couldn’t sit without pain for about 3 days. By the end of the week I was able to put a little bit more into the workouts.  I got in 5 days at the gym in my second week!  I already feel a difference from a better diet and exercising. I have more energy and my body just feels different in a good way.  I am so grateful to be given this opportunity to have all the support from so many people to help me attain my goals!
