The competition is going well. I am feeling good and starting to see results on the scale and in my clothing, which is very motivational. The hardest thing was taking a trip to New Orleans for a buddy’s birthday and sticking to the nutrition plan during that. I definitely put on a few pounds over that long weekend but was surprised by how quickly I was back in the swing of things. My trainer Dan and I have been working together to tweak my nutrition plan to make sure I am getting the most out of all the work I am putting in. I am thankful to have supportive friends and family because going forward I can see sticking to the nutrition plan becoming hard.
