Workouts have been intense these last couple weeks as we have focused on specific body parts and not total body workouts. I feel okay after the workouts but the soreness will hit two days later. It is no joke when you work on legs and then have stairs in your house you have to climb every day. (Lol!) In addition, I met with Stephanie Wolfe and she gave me some really good points on my eating habits and easy snacks I eat on the go. She also suggested I prepare meals by the week to bring to work and it is easier for me to stay on task. The trip to The Fresh Market was great as well. I took the suggestion on purchasing a spiraling machine to use for zucchini.
