My fit journey started on January 2, 2019, and there is no looking back now! When I heard the word CrossFit I was immediately scared to death. You see all the CrossFit competitions and how hard it looks but in reality it is not like that. This Challenge has already changed me for the better in so many ways. I have learned just in the first two weeks that I CAN do anything I set my mind to, even CrossFit!
My first workout was intense and hard, but that is what makes it worthwhile. Feeling every muscle in your body screaming at you, because quite frankly you have never used them in that way before. I have already seen great changes in my body such as my endurance and my flexibility. The trainers are amazing as well, I could not ask for a better support team. They make sure I know every move and do them properly, and even if I don’t get it the first time they work with me to improve! As each day went on my first week, my squats got lower, and my endurance improved. To see that in three days was really mind-blowing. I cannot wait to see what happens during the next three months!
